Custom Orders Policy

For all custom-made orders, the remaining balance must be cleared within 14 days of receiving our Ready for Dispatch notification.

Orders that remain unpaid beyond 14 days will incur a storage and handling fee of ₹500 per week.

If the balance remains unpaid for 30 days from the Ready for Dispatch notification, the order will be deemed abandoned. The order will be cancelled, the advance payment will be non-refundable, and we reserve the right to retain, modify, or dispose of the custom-made item at our discretion.

For all custom-made orders, a CAD design and blueprint will be shared with you for approval before production begins. Once the CAD and blueprint are approved, the product will be crafted exactly according to the approved design.

After approval, the customer assumes full responsibility for the final design. Therefore, custom-made orders are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund under any circumstances.
