At Panémorfos, we strive to ensure that your shopping experience is seamless and satisfactory, every piece is handcrafted with great care, customised to your selected size and details.

To ensure you receive exactly what you envisioned,

In the rare case that your product arrives damaged, has a manufacturing issue, or you receive an incorrect design, we will be more than happy to offer a replacement.

For any questions or guidance before ordering, our team is always available on WhatsApp or email to help you make the perfect choice, we always recommend double-checking your size and personalised preferences before placing an order.

However, if your product sustains damage during transit, we are here to assist you promptly.

Kindly notify us (send us an email) of any transit-related damage within 48  hours of delivery, and we will swiftly provide you with a replacement of the same item.

To facilitate the replacement process, please ensure that the item is unworn and remains in its original packaging and condition. We kindly request that you utilise the original box provided by Panémorfos for repacking purposes. Please be advised that oversized boxes will not be accepted.

 If the returned item does not meet the specified criteria, Panémorfos reserves the right to reject the return. In such cases, the product will be promptly shipped back to you.

In case of any size-related concerns, we are pleased to offer our after-sales services, including resizing and re-plating, to ensure your piece fits and looks perfect. You may also refer to Our After Services section for complete details and guidance.

As all our products are custom-made and non-negotiable, we do not offer refunds. We kindly request you to carefully review your size, design preferences, and personalised details before placing your order. 

Panémorfos does not take responsibility for damage caused due to third-party modification of our jewellery pieces. In such cases, our services will no longer be applicable.
